Running the Green Man for Special Effect
As alluded to in my training posts; in August I'll be running the Green Man Ultra: a 45 mile race around the Avon Community Forest Path that is, by far, the longest I've ever attempted in a day!
I'm doing this to raise money for Special Effect: a charity dedicated to helping those with physical disabilities enjoy life through technology.
